Stephanie and her team are very excited to welcome you at Domaine 16. However, due to a never-seen-before level of NO SHOW, it is now our procedure to secure bookings with card details. In the event that the booking is not honored in whole or in part by you, or is cancelled by you after :
11am on the day for Lunch bookings
3pm on the day for Dinner bookings
the cancellation fee of £20 per person not showing up will be charged to the card.
When making a Sofa reservation in our Lounge area, you will be seated on a sofa with a lounge coffee table.
The Lounge Menu ONLY will be served (no dining tables available in this area)
We are Pet Friendly ! Please mention in the booking comment if you are coming with your pet !
Mobility problems ? Please mention when booking so we can accomodate you the best we can on our Ground Floor.
No Disabled Access due to being a Victorian House. Toilets situated on First Floor and Basement / Lounge.
Any same day cancellation has to be made by phone by calling 01242 300 200.
When the party include children under the age of 7, please mention it at the time of booking.
Following the latest government announcement, effective from Thursday the 24th of September 2020, all guests are required to wear masks in the premises while not at the table and should respectfully leave the restaurant by 10pm.
Groups of 8 or more will be required to pay a deposit of £10 per person.This deposit will be deducted from the final bill amount. In the case no shows or cancellation less than 24 hours prior to the booking, the deposit will not be refunded.
Additionally, should you have organised a tailored event/menu with us, we serve the right to charge fully for the chosen menu based on the number of guests anticipated. Charges apply to both lunch and dinner reservations.

Wed - Thu - Fri : 12.00 - 14.30 / 17.30 - 23.00
Saturday : 12.00 - 23.00
Sun - Mon : CLOSED
Last food order is at 21.00
Last drink order is at 23.00

LOSS AND DAMAGE
We advise all guest not to leave any personal belongings unattended at any time. As management will not be liable or responsible for any loss, theft or damage to your personal belongings.
GRATUITY AND VAT
An optional 10% service charge will be added to your final bill. All prices include VAT at the current rate.
Kindly assist your children at all times during your visit at our restaurant. As management do not take any responsibility or liability for any accident occurred with any unattended children during your visit to the restaurant.
We make every effort to have high chair availability for your visit however it is subject to demand and at peak hours we do not guarantee this unless we confirmed this requirement at the time of booking.
